  I have auto payment setup thur my Bank The Check is sent out a week before due date VERY mo. But all of a sudden i am be told i have late charges (3) of about $16.39 ?? How this can happen i dont know because # 1 I pay more each mo than is due. # 2 my bank send out the check VERY MO. on the 25th payments are due on the 1st. I dont think late charges come into play until like the 5th ?? not sure but if it is sent out a week ahead of time why is it only sometimes that the payment is late. They keep telling me they can keep my credit card info. on hand and bill me with way. HUMMMMMM Dont trust them that much. My thing is i get a phone call saying Iam late with my payment and she will be glad to take a payment over the phone but then I am told OH it maybe in our mail that we have not opened?? Will if you dont open your mail how can you charge late payment fee's NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!! Not real sure what is going on? OPEN MAIL THEN CALL FOR PAYMENT!!
