  They have items that are not normally available anywhere else in the Chattanooga area. That being said, they are on the expensive side.
  Staff is helpful - if - the right person happens to be working on that day. If the guy who knows all about lathe tools is off, well, you won't get the knowledge you may need. It is impossible for all of them to be totally knowledgeable on all aspects of woodworking, but it is a bit of a pain when the person you need is not in the store that day.
  I find them great for certain species of wood and specialty tools, but I wished they carried a slightly wider selection of finishes. Another reviewer said his wood had poor saw marks in the plank, rendering it useless. That is why you look the plank over before you buy! You can find great pieces of wood there, if you know what you are looking for.
